How much you want to budget for services will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the size of your organization, the scope of the project and its deliverables and, in some cases, the timeframe in which you would like the work completed. What is Leland's Background in DEI?
Leland earned his PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2016 and, since then, has gone on to work at several universities and to serve a number of roles. Leland has spent time working at the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities, has chaired director-level DEI search committees, and has served as the interim Director of the Ethnic and Gender Studies Institute at Siena Heights University. In addition to his extensive published research, he has led international projects to establish Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) curriculums for several major universities. Leland's work has been supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities, The Heller Center for Arts and Humanities, and the Carnegie Mellon Foundation. He has spoken about topics of race, justice, and inclusion at a number of international conferences, has also completed several professional development certificates related to diversity, equity and inclusion, and is currently completing in the process of completing MBA.
